Julia Essential Vegetarian Cookbook
|4 tart/sweet Apples||5 teaspoons sugar or artificial sweetener|
|2 tablespoon low fat vanilla yogurt||1 tablespoon cinnamon|
|1 tablespoon granola cereal (any type)|
Pare and core 4 tart/sweet apples.
Cut into chunks and microwave with cinammon and sugar for 3 to 4 minutes on high until tender, but not mushy.
Stir and check.
Add more sugar (or artificial sugar) & cinammon if needed, to taste.
Divide into 4 clear, tulip type dishes.
Top with low fat yogurt and sprinkle any type of granola cereal mix on top.
