    2 chicken breasts, cut-up 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 cup apricot preserves 1 tablespoon ginger
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 clove garlic, minced

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

      Mix together all sauce ingredients, set aside

      Place chicken breasts on a roasting pan

      Baste with apricot mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through

      Keep basting every 10 minutes

      Last 5 minutes of cooking, turn the oven to bro

      Lightly brown the chicken just before serving.
