|2 chicken breasts, cut-up||1 tablespoon soy sauce|
|1/2 cup apricot preserves||1 tablespoon ginger|
|2 tablespoons cider vinegar||1/2 cup chopped pecans|
|1 clove garlic, minced|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix together all sauce ingredients, set aside
Place chicken breasts on a roasting pan
Baste with apricot mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through
Keep basting every 10 minutes
Last 5 minutes of cooking, turn the oven to bro
Lightly brown the chicken just before serving.
