The former Disney star first showed off the impressive sparkler when posting a photo of her manicure on Twitter: "I am soooo obsessed with @jennahipp nail foundations! It looks so chic and classic!" she twittered on March 22.
Then Saturday night, Cyrus, 19, was spotted wearing the same ring at the Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XVVIII in Phoenix, Ariz. With her Hunger Games-starring beau at her side, Cyrus once again sparked engagement rumors by sporting the conspicuous rock.
But on Monday afternoon, Cyrus took to Twitter to clear up the rumors. "I'm not engaged," she wrote. "I've worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to talk about! It's a topaz people!"
So, the young couple (who met on the set of their romantic drama The Last Song in 2009 and have been together for over two years) may not be ready to tie the knot -- but they still have reason to celebrate. Hemsworth, 22, is officially the star of a blockbuster film. The Hunger Games proved victorious at the box office opening weekend, raking in a staggering $155 million since its midnight release on March 23.
Cyrus, an unabashed fan of the books and movie, wrote on Twitter that day: "Happy Hunger Games everyone! :) can't wait for everyone to see it! Such an amazing film! JENNIFER LAWRENCE IS GENIUS!"
