What if all your favorite party dips joined together to form the supergroup of spreads? Part guacamole, part artichoke dip, part tapenade, this creamy green spread is 100 percent tasty -- and surprisingly healthy to boot!
Casey Barber
| 1 (14-ounce) can artichokes, drained | 1 tablespoon lemon juice | |
| 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed | Salt to taste | |
| 1 avocado |
Pulse the artichokes and capers together in a food processor until roughly chopped.
Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh out into a mixing bowl.
Add the artichoke-caper mix to the avocado and mash together, then add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
Serve immediately or press plastic wrap against the surface of the dip to prevent browning and store refrigerated overnight.
