The clock is ticking (is it even still running?) for 32-year-old Ashton Kutcher and 47-year-old wife Demi Moore if the two are seriously considering conceiving a biological child together, but the actor/producer doesn't seem to be concerned.
When asked by ABC News' Cynthia McFadden if Moore, 47, and Kutcher were planning on having a baby anytime soon, Kutcher joked, "I don't know. I think my wife is a genetic freak. I'm not worried."
But maybe the couple simply isn't looking to add diapers and bottles into their romance, now that Moore's three daughters (with Bruce Willis) are adults -- or nearly adults. Kutcher says that ever since Tullulah Willis turned 16 and can drive, he and Moore suddenly have all kinds of time just for them.
"There is something attractive about our third girl gaining some independence. I get to walk the dogs in the morning because she can drive herself to school now," the devoted stepdad says. "There is a level of independence that we've never had since our relationship started, and an ability to spend time together doing things that we might want to take advantage of, because in our relationship we've always had kids."
So what does Kutcher want us to know? Well, that he's just a "normal guy" who loves his family and likes to Tweet.
The actor stars in the new flick Killers with Katherine Heigl, and says he found it very easy to relate to his character.
"It's a movie about a guy fighting to be a normal guy, just a normal guy," said Kutcher. "I'm fighting the same fight. Social media for me and my wife is about saying to people: I'm a normal guy, I have my wife, we have a regular relationship."
