There are few things that shake late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, but a Speedo-clad man strutting around the Jimmy Kimmel Live set sure seemed to do the trick.
The prank happened on Wednesday night's show when Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber were on to promote the long-awaited return of the MTV show, Punk'd. Though the whole event happened fairly quickly and it was fairly clear that it was staged, Kimmel seemed to genuinely believe the man was a rogue fan. "Is he with you?" he asked Biebs and Kutch, clearly confused. Watch below!
Kimmel's sidekick, Guillermo, showed up armed with fake guns and ammunition, but did little to stop the rogue nudist beyond escorting him off the stage. "Taze him if you have to," Kimmel joked, still not realizing that Kutcher and Bieber -- who pretended to also be surprised -- had been behind the whole thing.
"You guys did that!" he accused. "Right?"
Bieber and Kutcher denied their involvement, however, with Kutcher turning to Guillermo to say: "You're like strapped, but you didn't do nothing! We're being accosted by a half-nude man, and you're just standing there, Guillermo."
Finally, the duo conceded that they were the masterminds behind the prank. "Is something terrible gonna happen?" Kimmel asked. "Is a giant bird gonna crap on my head?"
Kimmel isn't the only one getting pranked by those two punks on television. Kutcher and Bieber were on the show to promote the March 29 premiere of Punk'd, which features celeb guest-host Biebs tricking his good friend Taylor Swift.
"She's such a sweet girl, so I wanted to like make her cry," Bieber said, laughing. "I wanted to think of something that would really do that. And she's so sensitive too, so I knew that if she thought she broke up a wedding..."
The two had brought a clip from the episode to show, and Bieber quickly set up the situation beforehand.
"She thought she was putting off fireworks I got in Japan, like these illegal fireworks. I was like, 'These are awesome, they're amazing,' and she lit them off and it blew up this boat that had a wedding on it. And the whole thing blew up," he said. "She was flipping out, she was like, 'This is not okay, there's people.' All of the sudden, the bride's swimming into the shore and it's, like, crazy."
