Getting a photo on your phone or a quick voicemail from one of the workers telling you the tears dried up the minute you pulled out of the lot can help you get on with your day. It will also give you something concrete to point to if you have an issue with cleanliness, for example. You could say, “I noticed in that picture Joey had food all over his face. Were they in the middle of lunch?” Of course, you can also be pleasantly surprised by lots of smiles, hugs and creative activities.
