This recipe is relatively quick and easy. You end up with a beautiful and delicious dinner in practically no time!
|1 pound fresh asparagus||1 cup mushrooms|
|7 tablespoons butter||2-4 chicken breast, cooked and cubed|
|1/2 cup chicken stock||1/4 cup dry bread crumbs|
|5 tablespoons flour||2 tablespoons parsley|
Melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring
Add the mushrooms
Place chicken in the bottom of baking dish
Drizzle with sauce
Combine bread crumbs, parsley and butter and sprinkle on top
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
