    1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar, for the red wine vinaigrette 5 spears peeled medium asparagus
    1/4 cup lemon juice, for the red wine vinaigrette 1 large egg, fried
    2 tablespoons honey, for the red wine vinaigrette 1 teaspoon minced chives
    2 tablespoons salt, for the red wine vinaigrette 1 pinch salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper, for the red wine vinaigrette 1 black pepper
    3 cups blended oil, for the red wine vinaigrette
