There are many flowers that will attract hummingbirds; the best are trumpet-shaped flowers that other nectar feeders can't get to as easily. Some favorites are Trumpet Vine and Columbine.
Remember that even if you provide nectar planting appropriate plants, you may not attract any hummingbirds. Unfortunately, if there is no habitat in the area for the birds to live in, there will be no birds. Planting a native landscape and providing water sources will help attract wildlife. Stein's books Noah's Garden: Restoring the Ecology of Our Own Back Yards and Planting Noah's Garden: Further Adventures in Backyard Ecology are excellent books on this subject.
