Audrina Patridge Gets A Real (Not Reality) TV Gig
Here's what I'm wondering -- is it possible that Audrina Patridge is getting acting roles because she can actually act, or because she is on The Hills? 'Cause the first is almost too impossible to believe after watching her live her life on the MTV series, and the latter? Well, that's just ridiculous.
Anyway, she must be doing something or someone (okay, that was mean) right, as Audrina has added a guest spot on the new show Do Not Disturb to her resume. She is already appearing in the flick Into The Blue 2, and now will be flexing her comedic (?) chops on the new Fox comedy, starring Jerry O'Connell and Niecy Nash.
"[The show] takes place in New York City at a swanky hotel," Aud wrote on her blog. "I will be playing a guest checking into the hotel and I am going to film my scenes sometime next week! I think Jerry O'Connell is hysterical (have you guys seen his video on that Web site FunnyorDie!?) and I can't wait to meet Niecy!"
I'm sorry but I watch The Hills religiously and Audrina has one look and one look only -- vacant. But, hey, maybe she's a stellar actress and I'll eat my words.
Probably not.
