Ever wonder what half a million Christmas lights on one home would look like? Well, the Richards family of Canberra, Australia has got you covered. They set to beat the Guinness World Record for the most Christmas lights back in 2011, but then lost it to a New York family. This year, they stole the, um, spotlight by lighting up their home with 502,165 bulbs!
The Richards' are using the display to raise money for families suffering after experiencing SIDS, or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, which they lost a child to 10 years ago. They hope to raise $100,000 for the cause this year.
