| 1/2 avocado, diced | 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro | |
| 1/2 cup thawed frozen corn kernels | Lime juice, to taste | |
| 1 plum tomato, chopped | Salt, to taste |
Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
