    Ingredients

    1 hothouse cucumber (not peeled), roughly chopped 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped juice of one lime
    1/2 cup plain yogurt (not Greek-style) ground pepper to taste
    1/2 teaspoon salt

      Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Taste for seasoning and add more salt, pepper or lime juice if desired.
