Avocado Mayo

This versatile condiment has endless uses. Serve it on grilled hamburgers, turkey burgers, grilled shrimp tacos, BLT's or poached, sauteed or grilled salmon. It's also great just slathered on fresh summer beefsteak tomatoes with plenty of salt.
