Drink a glass of milk! According to a recent study of more than 10,000 men and women at Oregon Health Sciences University, as calcium intake goes up, weight goes down. Milk is an ideal low-fat source of calcium. An eight-ounce glass of skim milk has 80 calories and zero fat grams. Milk also contains potassium and magnesium, which enhance muscle function. Milk really does do a body good.
