Researchers at Indiana University in Indianapolis have discovered that intense exercise may suppress immunoglobulin A, an antibody that fights viruses and bacteria. Immunoglobulin A is a component of breastmilk and helps protect babies from illness. If you frequently take part in a demanding workout session, the researchers suggest that you might want to consider nursing your little one prior to exercising.
