THE BACHELORETTE, season 8 (2012): Emily Maynard may have been the chosen one during The Bachelor's season 15 when Brad Womack selected her as his honey, but it turns out he was no prize. By the time the After the Final Rose special aired, it was clear there was already trouble in paradise. The two ended up splitting last summer and in January, the blonde bombshell signed up to be the next Bachelorette! On Monday, May 14 at 9:30 p.m. on ABC, the single mom (to 6-year-old Ricki) will meet her 25 suitors and pick up her quest to find true love once again. And, for fans of hot-tub drama and boozy brawls that have been pretty prevalent in past seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, this season might prove to be a bit more tame. "I don't want to be kissing every guy," Emily -- a self-proclaimed "hopeless romantic" -- told People. "I want to still be a lady. I'm a mom first." Will Emily manage to keep the drama factor low? We'll have to see it to believe that it's possible.
