The Bachelor is the dating show that keeps on giving! It's been a little more than a week since news of Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik's break-up hit the internet, but it seems that the Bachelor winner has already moved on... with Bachelorette finalist Arie Luyendyk Jr.!
Robertson, who was engaged to Flajnik for almost a year following his 2011 on-air proposal, was snapped by paparazzi making out with Luyendyk at a Phoenix restaurant on Thursday. (Click here to see the photos.) Luyendyk, a race car driver, was the runner-up on The Bachelorette earlier this year, when Emily Maynard rejected him for Jef Holm. It's unclear how Courtney and Arie met -- although he lives in Phoenix, which is Robertson's hometown (she lives in L.A.) -- but we can just imagine them texting Chris Harrison to plead for each other's digits.
Not that Flajnik is necessarily blameless. Earlier this year, Us Weekly published photos of the ex-Bachelor getting affectionate with three different women over one February weekend in San Francisco. During his After the Final Rose special, Flajnik denied that any hanky-panky was going on, saying that all three ladies were just "long-time friends." Courtney stood by her man for months, and it had begun to look like they'd be the first Bachelor-winning couple ever to walk down the aisle.
Whatever the status of Courtney and Arie, hopes of her saying "I do" with Ben have been officially dashed. On Sunday, she was spotted returning her 3-carat engagement ring to jeweler Neil Lane. Apparently, per her Bachelor contract, Robertson was only allowed to keep the ring if she actually married Flajnik. If that $80,000 rock was the only thing keeping the couple together, then the split is definitely for the best.
