I thought they do a background check on these people before they try to marry them off.
The Bachelor's Mary Delgado, who managed to win the affections of season six's main man, Byron Velvick, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in Del Rio, Texas, on Saturday night.
According to TMZ.com, Mary was asked to leave Lorina's Catina, but refused, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay there if she wanted to. The cops were called and took her away, but the police say she continued to be difficult on her way to the station, becoming "loud and belligerent" and kicking the radio inside the squad car.
Mary was released on bond later that night when Byron, who she's still engaged to, posted the cash.
This is the contestant's second arrest, as she was picked up on a battery charge last year, after punching Byron in the face. The charges were later dropped.
She's a loose cannon that one, huh?
