So, you've already been filmed partying, fighting, crying, bitch-slapping, table-dancing, expletive-spouting and behaving like a drunken floozy on Oxygen's Bad Girls Club. What's next? Pose nude? Oh, please. Cast member Sarah Michaels has long since turned in her Playboy spread. Launch a pornographic website called "Adventures in Bondage"? Cast member Kendra James has already checked that off her list.
Luckily, executives at the Oxygen network have stepped in to fill the void for three lucky Bad Girls alum: Michaels and Amber Meade (of Season 3) and James (of Season 4) will anchor a new reality show, Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too (premiering tonight at 11 p.m. ET and moving to 10 p.m. ET starting on March 30). "We had 13 guys, and we all dated all of them and tried to find love on the show," Meade explains in a video for Radar Online. The men participated in "challenges" to seduce the ladies, demonstrating traits like physical strength, cooking skills, or ability to woo through romantic serenades. And "there's a lot of sexy kissing scenes and hot tubs," says Michaels. Of course.
To save us all some time, the show has already labeled each of the guys, so that we (and the girls) can go ahead and pre-judge them. There's Dathan, "The Devout Christian," and Nick, "The Scarred Lover." My personal favorite is Michael, "The Intellect." Oooh, the girls ought to have fun with him.
I agree that bad girls need love—we all do. Bad girls also need TV producers to stop rewarding them for their outrageous behavior. But on the other hand, who knows? Maybe the "Devout Christian" or the "Hopeless Romantic" will have a positive influence on them. Would that be so bad?
Do you think Sarah Michaels, Kendra James and Amber Meade deserve their own reality show?
