| 2 large eggs | 2 tablespoons flour | |
| 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple (don't drain) | 3 slices bread | |
| 1/2 cup sugar | 1/4 pound butter |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and mix into pineapple. Combine sugar and flour and stir into pineapple-egg mixture.
Toast bread and cut into small cubes. Melt butter in frying pan. Add toast cubes and stir until crispy.
In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, place pineapple mixture and top with toast cubes. Bake for 45 minutes.
