|2 large eggs||2 tablespoons flour|
|1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)||3 slices bread|
|1/2 cup sugar||1/4 pound butter|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and mix into pineapple. Combine sugar and flour and stir into pineapple-egg mixture.
Toast bread and cut into small cubes. Melt butter in frying pan. Add toast cubes and stir until crispy.
In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, place pineapple mixture and top with toast cubes. Bake for 45 minutes.
