Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice might be flipping some more tables, after her recent filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in June 2010. People reports that Giudice’s liabilities top a whopping $8.7 million; meanwhile, Giudice says that the economy’s downturn definitely had an effect on her hubby’s real estate business. But on Real Housewives, the doting mom was seen spending lavishly on herself and her children, a habit we doubt helped her current finances. The reality star is optimistic, though, telling People that her bankruptcy is actually a “fresh start.”
