Barking at the Neighbors

He runs back and forth outside, barking at the neighbors.

Solution: If the dog is outdoors most of the time, he is doing what comes naturally. He needs to be corrected whenever he indulges in this behavior. You will have to go outside and administer leash corrections with the appropriate tone of voice. He is not going to stop unless you teach him that he cannot behave that way. If you do not deal with this behavior early on, you may eventually have problems with your neighbors.
