Be Honest

Tell your doctor about all of the medications you take, including supplements, herbal remedies and over-the-counter drugs. Even aspirin and acetaminophen have been shown to raise the risk of asthma in some people or to exacerbate the condition in people who already have the condition. Also come clean about certain lifestyle habits. Smoking, pets, infrequent vacuuming and dusting, etc., might all be factors that could increase your risk of symptoms or an asthma attack.
