Flowers are always a great choice for a gift, whether it's Mother’s Day, a birthday or just because. If you’re looking to put a new twist on an old tradition, give your mom, grandma, daughter, (or yourself!) a year’s worth of beautiful flowers. The best part? It can cost as little as $15 a week, or even $15 a month. This project was inspired by Abbey Nova, a blogger and soon-to-be mom whose husband, knowing her lifelong love of flowers, recently surprised her with this wonderful gift. Help Mom stay in bloom all year long by following these easy steps.
Step 1: Divvy up the cash
Start with a stack of small envelopes. For a weekly gift, fill 52 envelopes with $10 or $15. For a monthly gift, fill 12. No matter how you divide it up, make sure there’s enough for a full year’s worth of bouquets or centerpieces.
