10-Year-Old Girl Gives Birth

Shocking the world, Spanish officials announced that a 10-year-old girl gave birth to a baby there. Few personal details are known, except that the father of the baby is also a minor and that she wasn't raped. In Spain, it's a crime to have consentual sex with a minor under the age of 13, but because the father is young too, no one's certain whether or not he'll be charged.
