A mash of vibrant color and fresh from the garden flavor, this libation goes from brunch to early afternoon in a snap. The effervescent prosecco keeps the cocktail light while the strawberries and mint add sweet tastes of the season.

| 1 bottle (750ml) Prosecco | Seltzer to top | |
| 2 ounces St. Germain liqueur | Fresh mint sprigs and strawberries | |
| 2 ounces mint infused simple syrup |
In a cocktail shaker add the St. Germain, mint infused simple syrup, and 6 strawberries. Muddle until strawberries are smashed.
Pour evenly among 4 glasses. Top with prosecco garnish with fresh mint sprigs and strawberry slices and serve.
