It may be the classic, but you don’t have to limit yourself to strawberries. Use whichever berries are in season, or combine a few for a berrylicious drink.

|8 ounces white rum||2 ounces simple syrup|
|1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and/or blackberries), plus 12 to 16 for garnish||3 cups ice|
|2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice||4 straws|
Place all the ingredients in a blender and fill with ice.
Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into tall hurricane glasses, garnish with a few berries, add a straw and serve.
