The music industry has taken quite a hit in regards to the decline of CD sales. But rapper Lil Wayne shocked everyone when his album Tha Carter III sold one million copies in its first week, making it the best debut of 2008. We haven't seen CD sales like that since the days of Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync.
