Sandra Bullock: Best

Not only was Sandra Bullock one of the night's big winners -- taking home the statue for outstanding lead actress in The Blind Side -- she scored on the red carpet as well. The star was fashion-forward in her form-fitting Alexander McQueen, and the royal blue embellishment took basic black to the next level.
