|3 slices (1 ounce) low-sodium turkey bacon||2 slices whole-grain bread|
|Nonstick cooking spray||1/2 cup raw spinach|
|3 large egg whites, beaten||1 thick slice tomato|
Cook the bacon according to package instructions and set aside.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and warm over medium heat.
Add the egg whites; scramble.
Meanwhile, toast the bread. 5.Place the spinach on 1 slice of toast, and layer the tomato, eggs, bacon and second slice of toast on top.
