Warm Up

All you need is an ordinary chair (or two) to do this combination of lower and upper body exercises. Choose a chair that is stable -- wider legs are best -- and repeat each set of repetitions four times before moving on to the next one.

How to do it: Run in place or do jumping jacks for a minute to open up the lungs and get your heart pumping. Do about 20 easy lunges and 20 easy squats to warm up your legs. Add in arm circles or jumping jacks for another minute work to warm up your shoulders and arms. Check out Urban Jungle on Facebook
