Best Wine for Turkey

Osborn recommends Duboeuf Fleurie Domaine des Quatre Vents 2010 ($17.99), a Cru Beaujolais wine, to pair with the holiday bird. “Turkey is a mild meat, so it’s important to have a wine that does not overpower the flavor, but stands up to the texture. Cru Beaujolais is light-bodied, fruity and low in tannins, which makes it a perfect match,” she says. “Think of it as a lighter-bodied and more affordable Pinot Noir.”
