Preparing for Baby
Between her Skinnygirl empire, her 10-month-old baby and her Bravo series Bethenny Ever After, Bethenny Frankel seems to have her hands full. Leave it to the overachieving Frankel to decide it's a perfect time for another baby! In an interview with UsMagazine.com, the former star of The Real Housewives of New York City and the spinoff Bethenny Getting Married? explains why she's thinking about giving daughter Bryn a sibling so soon.
"As far as having another baby, I'm 40 years old -- it's something we have to talk about now," says the very practical Bravo star. That said, Frankel admits that "I don't think about it that much, because in my head I'm still 28, with all the time in the world."
Her husband Jason Hoppy is very much on the baby train. "My husband really wants to have another child; I think that's in part because he lost a sibling," she explains. "If I were a single mother right now, would I be having another child? Probably not."
Whatever reservations she has are trumped by how much she loves having a baby around. "The baby stage is so beautiful and so addictive," she says with a smile. "And I will miss it so much."
So will Bethenny Getting Married? and Bethenny Ever After lead to Bethenny's New Baby in season 3? "If it can happen," says Frankel, "it will happen."
