"I always battle with, how much do I reveal about myself?" Beyonce says in the new trailer for her upcoming HBO documentary Life Is But a Dream. (Watch it below.) From the looks of it, the superstar singer/actress/mom shares quite a bit, including the sonogram of her baby girl, Blue Ivy.

And the image shows more than the fact that she really was pregnant. (We never bought into the rumors anyway.) Sasha Fierce says that she sensed her pregnancy even before it was confirmed: "I just had a feeling that something was going on."

But even if you feel pregnant and you've taken six home pregnancy tests, your boobs ache and you've been nauseous for weeks, seeing that tiny bean on the ultrasound monitor kind of blows your mind. It's what makes everything real. That's when you realize that there really, truly is a baby inside there.

So while we may think of Beyonce's dramatic baby bump reveal at the VMA's, the ultrasound shows us her own OMG moment. Whatever our reaction was while watching the VMA's, what we're seeing in the film in the thrill that the mom-to-be felt herself.
