Never mind that Tori Spelling's fourth kid -- little boy Finn Davey -- arrived a few weeks early. When you have Neil Lane on speed dial, a push present is only a phone call away. Lane tells People Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, dialed up the celebrity jeweler, ordering a lovely gold and jade ring. Well deserved after four pregnancies, don't you think?

Adding a little charm to the Jersey Shore, Jionni Lavalle, the fiancé of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, gave his little meatball a Pandora sterling silver charm bracelet as a push present after she delivered baby Lorenzo. "From my sweetie Jionni," Snooki tweeted, posting the photo that shows seven charms, including an 'L.' No word yet if a pickle charm or platform sandal will make their way onto the bracelet.

We know Jay-Z is crazy in love with baby Blue Ivy Carter (wife Beyonce Knowles delivered the couple's little girl back in January, 2012) but this gift suggests he's pretty smitten with his wife, too. The singer/actress was spotted wearing an 8 to 10 carat blue diamond ring estimated at $35,000 after the baby's arrival, according to Hollywood Life. While it wasn't confirmed that it was a push present, we give Jay-Z serious pops props if it was.

Back in May 2011, celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe tweeted that she was having "the best day ever" with her hubby, Rodger Berman, and new baby boy Skyler. Well, duh. Mom had just been gifted with a 10-carat Neil Lane diamond ring. Guess we now know the answer to "What push present do you get the fashionista who has everything?" Diamonds really are a girl's -- and a new mom's -- best friend.
