Beyonce knows how to treat her man right!
To help ring in her husband's 40th birthday, B threw Jay-Z a surprise star-studded bash, complete with a 1940's theme, 50 of his closest friends and a fireworks show, at a resort in the Dominican Republic!
Jay and B arrived at the Casa de Campo resort, where A-list pals of the Hip-hop mogul including Diddy, Kate Hudson and A-Rod, Alicia Keys and Kanye West gathered for the surprise. DJ Cassidy spun tunes, as the guests honored their pal.
Jay and Alicia Keys performed an impromptu version of their smash hit, "Empire State of Mind," while Kanye toasted the birthday boy. At the end of the evening, Jay was treated to a slew of video messages from his pals that couldn't attend the party, before fireworks and a performance by a set of synchronized swimmers closed out the evening.
Now, that's a party!
