Don't bother Beyonce, because she's busy practicing for the Super Bowl halftime show. She already has stretched out her vocal cords by proving she can sing the national anthem live to a group of reporters at the Super Bowl press conference on Thursday, and has promised to not lip-synch during game day.
To help build up hype for the big show (as if she needed to), Beyonce has released a video of her rehearsals called "Countdown To Touchdown." Watching that teaser reminded us of all the things we're hoping will happen on Feb. 3 during Bey's performance:
1. We'll Be Crazy In Love With Her Dance Moves
Beyonce's got moves -- like, serious moves. All you need to do is watch her music videos for songs like "Bootylicious" or "Crazy in Love" to see how much she can work it. Even if none of our other wishes come true, we at least are guaranteed that the Queen B will put on a great show.
2. Destiny's Child Reunited At Last?
Michelle Williams might say that a Destiny's Child reunion isn't happening at the Super Bowl, but we're going to willfully ignore her. Considering the fact Destiny's Child just revealed a new single, it only makes sense that they'd perform it on football's big day, right? Right? Bueller?
3. She'll Wear Something Amazing
Move over Madonna and Janet Jackson, because Beyonce is sure to shock us all with her amazing concert outfits. She might not be wearing anything too flashy during the rehearsal video, but we'll bet money that she has some epic outfits waiting to be unveiled on Feb. 3.
4. Behold the Special Guests
Beyond Destiny's Child (fingers crossed), there are plenty of other musical acts that Beyonce could team up with during the halftime show. Last year Madonna was joined by M.I.A., Cee Lo Green and LMFAO, and Beyonce can totally top that. It would be too easy for hubby Jay-Z to hop on stage with her, but maybe their friend Kanye West will make an appearance. And considering the fact Jay-Z is featured on Justin Timberlake's "Suit & Tie," is it too much to ask for him to return the favor and be a part of B's Super Bowl set (without a wardrobe malfunction, of course)?
5. A Blue Ivy Appearance?
Okay, sure, an average person might not bring a baby to the Super Bowl, but Jay-Z and Beyonce aren't average people. During Beyonce's halftime show the camera will almost certainly cut to Jay-Z for a reaction shot, and we're crossing our fingers that he'll be holding his little bundle of joy when that happens. After all, this is one of the biggest days of Blue Ivy's mom's career.
