When I talked to Antoine and Sean today, I couldn't help but notice how happy they seemed. First off, they have both lost at least 100 pounds since they've left the ranch. Amazing! You can really tell that they're in the right place in their lives right now. After last night's dramatic episode, the boys reflected on Tracey's crazy game play. And, guess what? They actually don't hold any hard feelings towards her and still stand by their decision to sacrifice themselves for Shay to stay on the ranch. These men have heart and a genuine care for people—it's so admirable. As for their personal lives, things seem to be perfect at home. The ranch has definitely changed them for the better and they've brought that positivity home with them. Here's what they had to say...
NSD: What are your thoughts on Tracy’s game playing last night?
Sean: When we got back to the house it was dead silent. The morale was low. It was definitely tough.
Antoine: It was difficult because people could no longer control their situation.
NSD: Have either of you talked to Tracy since the night of the elimination?
Sean: I talked to her during the airing of the show actually. I absolutely love Tracey and I want the best for her. I want her to have a successful weight loss. I said, "Tracey, you know you’re crazy but I love you so much." She knows that there is a big element of game play and she knows what was going on there. She takes responsibility for that for sure. Things happened how they happened.
Antoine: I have spoken to her and our relationship hasn’t really changed. She had a lot that was going through her mind, and because of that, a lot of the decisions she made, she made out of fear. I totally respect her. She fights hard for what she wants. In that mile run, she pushed so hard. As for work ethic—I really admire her for that.
NSD: And, Antoine, did you eventually get some backlash, that we didn’t see on TV, for eating the cupcakes during the challenge ?
Antoine: [laughs] My backlash came from Bob wiping the floor with me. Bob and Jillian did know that I ate that cupcakes. Bob really wiped the floor with me. I definitely got a little bit of backlash from that.
Sean: I was shocked I gotta be honest. [laughs]
Antoine: Even though I ate the cupcakes, I worked hard and I lost 11 pounds. I knew how much I could eat that day and how much I had to work out.
As said by true champs, these guys are all about love and we love it! Antoine has some closing words to pass on to all of you out there looking to lose weight at home... "It’s all about taking that first step. Commit to yourself and commit to your goal. And, you'll do it." See you at the finale, boys!
