To flatten those abs, it helps to cut fatty foods from your diet. In a study where 124 women reduced fat in their diets, they each lost an average of 10 to 15 puonds and more than half the women lost body fat mostly from their abodomen. Of course, you need to work those ab muscles to get tone and definition too. Core exercises will not only help you tighten up your waist, but will improve your posture and help you feel healthier.

For the following exercises, there are three levels. Beginner: one set of 10-12 reps. Intermediate: two sets of 10-12 reps. Advanced level: three sets of 10-12 reps.
