Of course, you need to work those ab muscles to get tone and definition too. Core exercises will not only help you tighten up your waist, but will improve your posture and help you feel healthier.
For the following exercises, there are three levels. Beginner: one set of 10-12 reps. Intermediate: two sets of 10-12 reps. Advanced level: three sets of 10-12 reps.
