Mom Tattoos 11-Year-Old Daughter


There's nothing cool about this mom; Odessa Clay from Havelock, North Carolina is facing charges after illegally tattooing a heart on her 11-year-old daughter's shoulder. ABC News reports that Clay's daughter asked for the tattoo. "I didn't fill it in," Clay told authorities in her defense. Clay claimed she thought tattooing minors was allowed with a parent's permission, but like many states, NC law prohibits any person under the age of 18 from being tattooed. Clay is due in court next month.
