Billy Bob Thornton's Daughter Indicted in Baby's Death

Being the daughter of an Oscar winner isn't about to help Amanda Brumfield.
Billy Bob Thornton's eldest daughter was indicted yesterday on charges including first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter, after being arrested earlier this month when the little girl she was babysitting died.
Amanda, 29, was booked at the Orange County Jail, and is being held without bail.
The actor's daughter originally told cops that the little girl had fallen and seemed fine, which is why she didn't call for help until two hours later. But the autopsy showed a fractured skull and brain injury, leading the medical examiner to rule the death a homicide.
Police said Amanda's explanation was inconsistent with the child's injuries.
She should fry.
A rep for Billy Bob would only say, at the time of the arrest, that the actor "has had no contact with her for quite some time."
