Seriously, what is going on?

Famous TV pitchman Billy Mays was found dead early this morning in his Tampa, Florida home. He was 50.

Billy had just returned from shooting a new Oxiclean commercial in Philadelphia, and been aboard a plane that had blown a front tire on landing.

After getting off the plane, he told a local news station, "All of a sudden as we hit you know it was just the hardest hit, all the things from the ceiling started dropping. It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head."

But sources say he seemed okay later and was "acting fine and normal ... he was talking business with his father-in-law."

According to police, no foul play is suspected and an autopsy is being performed.

Billy's wife, Deborah, just released this statement:

"Although Billy lived a public life, we don't anticipate making any public statements over the next couple of days. Our family asks that you respect our privacy during these difficult times."

What a crazy sad week this has been.
