We recently conducted a poll with our friends at TODAY that confirmed what we expected -- everyone wants to do more to help the enviroment, but tightening budgets and hectic schedules always seems to get in the way. Three-fourths of our respondents actually said they'd prefer to grow their own veggies rather than buy organic produce -- and we feel the same way!
