"My mother always used blue and white for Thanksgiving, and it always seemed special to me. I got [these dishes] at an estate sale. [The pattern is] Furnivals Quail. I paired them with a plate from my Liberty Blue collection and topped them off with the 'famous' Christmas Tree Stores pumpkin bowls. The blue stem[ware is] from Goodwill. [I bought] six for $1 each. In the background is the cornucopia I bought last week from Christmas Tree Stores for $1.25. I just added the leaves and the fruit." —slinkey
