After refusing to take a field sobriety test, Brown was booked at Van Nuys Jail in Los Angeles County, KABC reports.
Brown had admitted himself into a rehab center in August for three weeks as part of an agreement after his March DUI. At the time, his attorney Christopher Brown released a statement saying Brown took his rehabilitation "very seriously."
"Bobby is doing well and receiving services that comply with his agreement with the State of California," the statement reads.
It will be interesting to see if Brown can get off so easily this time. At least he'll likely have the support of his family -- wife Alicia Etheredge and daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown -- both of whom stood behind him the last time.
"Bobby's children and loved ones are very proud of him. We appreciate his fans' prayers and well wishes. Bobby is mentally in a good place," Etheredge said in a statement in August.
