The Latest on Brangelina and Baby Shiloh Nouvel

Here's some new news on Brangelina's little messiah.

On yesterday's Access Hollywood, they reported that although Angelina gave birth without a hitch, a person reportedly tried to gain access to the delivery room, but they were escorted out. Also, Brad was definitely by her side throughout the process. And although an American doctor was flown in "just in case," a Namibian doc was in charge of the birth. It's still unclear whether or not Angie had a C-section, which is apparently Hollywood's hottest new trend.

A local Namibian paper reported that Shiloh Nouvel weighed in at 7lbs. and 11 oz. That hasn't been confirmed.

Yesterday those press lovin' Nambian officials released a statement saying that after the birth of Shiloh, Brangelina donated $300,000 to help other babies in the impoverished country. The money will be used to improve maternity wards at hospitals in Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. The couple also pledged $15,000 for a school and a community center that they had visited in Swakopmund.

Meanwhile, the bidding for the first photos is said to be over. An American magazine – said to be either People or Us Weekly – has inked a deal with the couple to buy the photos for $5 million. The money that they make will go to UNICEF... and probably hair dye. Brad keeps changing his hair color like it's nobody's business. People denies that they're paying for the photos, yet they donated a huge chunk of change to charity for the first photos of Angie's bump back in January. I'm sure they also paid to get Brangelina, Zahara and Maddox to pose in their Most Beautiful People issue. Us Weekly is keeping mum -- for now. And I wouldn't rule out OK!, which has been known to shell out millions for exclusives.

We'll see what happens.
