I can't believe that Back to School is around the corner. Thankfully, we have this great Community Challenge to help set us straight and get things to run smoother. I love sharing healthy, delicious (kid-approved) recipes on my blog Family Fresh Cooking. In our house, we like to mix things up for breakfast (my favorite meal of the day). To keep it interesting, I do lots of make-ahead big oatmeal bakes, granola bars and breakfast cookies, which make for faster (and happier) mornings. Shakes and smoothies are fun too, especially on the hotter days. Here are some of our favorite recipes for breakfast before school.
